I’ve ordered from Reitmans a few times and I do like some of their stuff, especially the basics. But just a heads up if you’re shopping plus sizes, it can be really hit or miss. A lot of items either don’t go up high enough in size or sell out super quickly, so don’t wait too long if you see something you like. Shipping was fine and returns were easy, but I really wish they had more consistent options for bigger sizes.

I did find a few cute pieces I liked, but overall the styles feel kind of similar. I wish there was more variety, especially for casual stuff I could wear day to day.

The shopping part was straightforward, and I mostly focus on whether my size is actually available rather than browsing around a ton. The site showed it was in stock, so I checked out, but then the order got cancelled afterward. Customer service was nice enough, so no issue there, I just wish the online inventory was updated better.

What I like is that the rewards actually feel usable, instead of just getting random emails that don’t really do anything. It gives me a reason to check back, and the extra offers are nice too. It’s simple, no hassle, and compared to some other store programs...

Got a top from reitmans. Super soft fabric. Feels nice on my skin. Not scratchy at all. Has a bit of stretch too, but not tight. Wore it all day at work. Still comfy by the end. Happy with it. Would buy again.

I stopped into Reitmans to look for work pants when I was feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated that the staff made things easy. They were professional and friendly, and one woman helped me find my size without hovering or being pushy. Checkout was quick too. I’m giving 4 stars because the fitting room area was a bit messy, but overall the staff were great.

I bought a pair of jeans and a couple of tops from reitmans last year, they still look really good even after a ton of washes. No weird shrinking, no seams falling apart, none of that. I know people can be picky about clothing quality, but I really don’t have anything to complain about here. I’ve been happy with how they’ve held up
